We were very lucky to be invited to our local Bee Barn by Bernie and Arthur Reilly. We were amazed at just how important our bees are to us and were fascinated to see a live working hive. Thank you to Arthur and Bernie for their hospitality! 

6th class ran a very successful bake sale in aid of the Be Buddies not Bullies campaign. They raised €560.00!! As well as the bake sale they also donated some of their Confirmation money. How lucky are we to have such generous and kind children in our school! 6th class made a presentation to Chloe Heaslip on Tuesday 22nd June. Well done all!

We read the last page of our novel “The Blue Horse” today! We thoroughly enjoyed reading this novel and celebrated finishing it today with a tea party! Thank you to our fantastic parents and Mrs Dolan who baked so many delicious treats for us to enjoy.

We had great fun creating our leprechauns..they brightened up the front of our school for St Patrick’s Day!☘️

We painted our own Solar Systems after learning about the Planets in Geography.
Our Celtic Knots were hard work but fun and they look fantastic on our corridor!

We celebrated Pancake Tuesday with Breakfast Club..the chocolate spread didn’t last long!!

We learned about how we can become Internet Legends by staying Sharp, Alert, Secure, Kind and Brave.

Thank you to Fionn, Shauna and Conor who brought us in rushes to make some St Brigid’s crosses. We’re lucky to have such thoughtful classmates!

Having Breakfast together was one of the highlights of our week!
