Relaxing after Sports Day!

 

We took part in the Mountnugent ICA Eco-Fare and created pictures of our favourite animals. These were displayed in the community centre and we received beautiful potted plants for our efforts.

 

We enjoy eating our lunch outside on sunny days.

September 2022 – June 2023

Our topic in Aistear was ‘The Airport’. We were so lucky to have a pilot come in and visit our classroom. He shared some lovely photos and spoke about his travels with Ryanair. We were able to ask him lots of questions about his job. 

Some lovely memories from throughout the year!

We were able to observe the different stages of the life cycle of a butterfly with our own Butterfly Garden. In Art, we practiced our fine motor skills by sewing our beautiful felt butterflies.

Christmas 2022 – We enjoyed performing the Christmas Nativity for everyone!

We enjoyed meeting our 5th and 6th Class buddies for Show and Tell.
