Christmas is magical here in Scoil Bhríde, Mountnugent and we want to share that magic with you! 3rd & 4th class have been getting all set and ready for Christmas during the month of December. We’ve been doing some Christmas Art, decorating our classroom, playing some Christmas songs/games and visited the crib in the parish church. We also performed some Christmas songs and jingles for our parents on Thursday 15th December. We sang ‘Rockin Around the Christmas Tree’, It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, a poem called The Fourth Wise Man, Snow is falling and Rudolph the red nosed reindeer. We had great fun performing for our familes and everyone enjoyed being back together again for the annual Christmas performances. We went for a walk down to our beautifully decorated village were we saw all the beautiful Christmas decorations created by local people. It really got us into the Christmas spirit!
