Cross-Country Killinkere 2025
Congratulations and well done to all 33 pupils who participated in the annual Cavan Primary Schools Athletics Cross Country Championships in Killinkere on Wednesday October 16th. After training hard for the past number of weeks, all pupils ran brilliantly, showing great heart and determination competing in races with over 200 competitors. We were delighted to bring home some medals this year congratulations to the following;
Sophie Lynch 3rd place in the Senior Girls 1000m.
Callie Plunkett, Katie O’Reilly, Tameara Okuonghae, Holly Gibson and Mya Byrne Mallon 3rd team overall in the Intermediate Girls 800m.
Ryan Gibson, Seán Fitzsimons, Aaron Farrelly, Kaiden Kelly, Thomas Raybould and Drey Boshoff 2nd team overall in the Senior Boys 1000m.
