As part of their study of WWII, 5th and 6th Class pupils completed projects on various aspects of the War including; Ireland during World War II – The Emergency, The D-Day Landings, Attack on Pearl Harbor, The Story of Anne Frank, Aircrafts and Weapons, The Fate of Jews, Individual Study – Hitler and The Allies and Axis Powers.  Pupils enjoyed and learned lots listening to their peers present their projects.  In keeping with our theme of WWII, we are currently reading the novel ‘The boy in the Striped Pyjamas.
